10 Reasons Why Boys Are More Intelligent in Programming

In simple words, I would say that programming is a challenge and to encounter this challenge with satisfying results, one should be brilliant both technically and mentally. That's why we often see that programmers are some of the brilliant people on the planet. We often see that in big names of the programming world there is no noticeable name of a female programmer. What's the reason, why boys are so intelligent in programming? Are Boys more intelligent than girls or case is, girls don't want to be in this field. In this blog I would be taking a look only on this debate that why boys are more intelligent in programming.

1. Boldness

The number one reason is boldness. Boys are always bold, they do not hesitate to take big steps and they are not shy as girls are. That’s why they are more intelligent and more name gainers in the field of programming.

2. Thinking Style

Boys and girls, both have different nature. Girls have a different way of thinking than boys, the reason is the nature of girls. Girls are a bit conservative in their thinking while boys are expressive, this really suits them in programming field.

3. Boys Are Less Selfish

Boys are always there to help their friends. They would help their friends whenever they would feel any difficulty and this is the reason they are successful in programming.

4. Demanding Job

Programming is a very demanding job. It needs hours and hours of mental and physical exhaustion and concentration. Girls are of weak nature in this regard, they are not like boys who can do it with dedication.

5. Overall Perception

Overall perception about girls is that they can’t cope with the demands and difficulties of the programming job. Boys are considered more valuable in this regard

6. Boys Can Handle the Pressure

Programming is a job full of pressures and hardships. If something gets wrong or your team sticks at a point, there would be pressure from higher hierarchy than Boys can handle the pressure well as compared to girls who in such case usually lose temper and patience.

7. Boys are More Responsible

It has been seen that boys are usually more responsible. They do their duty with responsibility and dedication. Girls on the other hand go with a casual approach where they are mostly unable to compete with boys

8. Boys have a Pro-Programming Thinking

Boys usually have a thinking that suits the programming. They have unique ideas and more intelligent approach towards their ideas.

9. Boys Can Deliver at Tough Times

Boys have a more professional behavior. Whenever the challenges times come, they show this by completing their tasks on time. They are always favorite among their bosses due to this professional and competitive behavior.

10. They Don’t have Any Security Issues

Boys can work in any working environment as compared to girls where you have to provide a well standard working atmosphere. Boys can work till late at night as compared to girls who most of the times face security and other social issues working late. This has great impact on productivity and good results.
