Programming is that hectic kind of a work that when you get stocked in it, then you need to spend a lot of time in making your code right. So, every programmer wishes to solve these problems in a short time by evolving his programming creativity.
5. Being Recognized For Hard Work
Software programmers and developers work really hard for creating new languages, codes and apps etc. but programmers get satisfied for their work when they are recognized for their work and contributions to the programming.
6. Building Something That Creates Legacy
Every programmer works for the glory. He wants a final product out of his coding that remains a symbol of excellence for the people. No matter he remains of not. For example, the C++ was designed by Bjarne Stroustrup, no matter he lives of dies, his work would always be there in front of the world.
7. They Always Want To Be Passionate About Their Work
Programmers are passionate people, they love their work and they always want to be working and progressing in their field because without passion and optimism no one can do the programming.
